Expediting Claims


If you or a covered family member has suffered an illness or injury covered by your policy, the next step is to file a claim for the benefits of your NTA Life coverage(s).

We hope you never have to suffer an event causing you to need your NTA Life insurance coverage, but if you do, we are here to make the process as smooth as possible. We understand that you have to get back to your life, and that you do not have time to follow up on claims you filed.

Our claims process is simple. NTA Life works to resolve your claim so that you can receive any applicable benefits in a timely manner. If additional information is needed that prevents us from making a final decision, our claims specialists will send you a written request for the additional information.

Want us to review your claim again?
If you have additional information that would change the outcome of a claim denial, you have the right to have our Claims Appeal Committee review the matter. We have an excellent record at resolving disputes and misunderstandings without any party needing to resort to legal action!
