Mr. Martin currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of National Teachers Associates Life Insurance Company (“NTA Life”), a role which he has fulfilled since 1993. Prior to joining NTA Life, Mr. Martin served as outside legal counsel for NTA Life and its affiliates.

Mr. Martin came to NTA Life with twenty years of experience in providing legal services for corporate, tax and insurance clients. Mr. Martin was previously a shareholder with the law firms of Jenkins & Gilchrist and Johnson & Wortley, P.C. both in Dallas, Texas. He was formerly board certified in Tax Law and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas. Mr. Martin also serves as a director and general counsel for NTA Life’s affiliated insurance agencies.

Mr. Martin is active in the Texas Association of Life and Health Insurers (“TALHI”), the primary Texas trade association of insurance companies, and has served in each of its officer positions, including Chairman and Director. In addition, Mr. Martin is a member of the Board of Governors of the Forum 500 section of the American Council of Life Insurance (“ACLI”). Mr. Martin is also active in America’s Health Insurance Plans, the primary national trade association of health insurance companies, and serves on its Disability Insurers Council.

Mr. Ellard currently serves on the Board of Directors of National Teachers Associates Life Insurance Company (“NTA Life”). Since 1991, Mr. Ellard has been involved with the marketing activities of NTA Life and is responsible for designing and implementing the marketing strategy between NTA Life and its affiliated insurance agencies.

Mr. Ellard currently serves as the President of NTA Life’s affiliated agencies, National Teacher Associates, Inc. and affiliates. He has held an insurance license from the State of Texas since 1985 and has numerous other state insurance licenses. Mr. Ellard is responsible for deploying cutting edge web technologies for a systemization of the agencies. These processes are designed to optimize a national sales organization.

Mr. Ellard earned his Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas and his Masters in Business Administration from LeTorneau University in Longview, Texas. He also holds a Texas Real Estate Broker license.

Mr. Langham currently serves the Executive Vice President, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of National Teachers Associates Life Insurance Company and is a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Further, Mr. Langham serves on the Board of Director’s Executive Committee and Investment Committee.

Mr. Langham also serves as the Treasurer for each of NTA Life’s affiliated agencies and has served as the accountant for those entities since 1973. Mr. Langham has extensive experience in the insurance industry and as an advisor, consultant and owner-operator of other businesses.

Mr. Langham is a Certified Public Accountant in Texas.
